Looking at other builds that have custom bushing assemblies, I came across these.

Not exact fit by any means, but there are a couple on here that with some minor mods could work in a pinch (especially as the thinner bushing).

The group buy will not be the end of the supply. I'm having more than the initial sets made to cover eventualities and it will be possible to make more runs of these.

They do have a shelf life so anyone with "New Old Stock" needs to be questioned on exactly how "old" they are. Their usable shelf life is 8 years in climate controlled storage according to the military packaging. That is of course storage prior to installation and I'm assuming they are to yield an acceptable lifespan post installation right up to their "use-by" date.

Agreed. NOS has a cure date and an expiration date right on the package with the NSN. Ask about the date and packaging. The most current NOS I've seen expire 2023. They come individually packaged and if the seller claims they have no packaging, assume they were unpackaged to hide the dates. These things dry rot exactly like tires, for the same reasons, and at a much faster rate than tires (I've got the original tires on the truck that are in great shape but the bushings have all completely deteriorated).

I'm not saying that NOS have no value (the value is date-based IMO). But if you have to replace them again in a year or two, don't be surprised.
