I need to replace fan belt on the M923 A1 and need a replacement number. Also wanted to install a fuel spin on water separator instead of canister type. The vehicle was donated to our volunteer fire dept. and would like to get it running. Have to use primer pump to get it started, but after it starts it stays running. I have read that the fan belt uses two belts but I’m not sure. Noticed that the fan doesn’t turn after the truck has been on for several hours, temperature gauge goes up to 200 but fan will not engage. Any help will be appreciated. We want to use this truck to help evacuate people from rural areas in our County that get flooded when we do get rainfall in excess of 3.5” an hour.
Thanks in advance.

All parts are in the spreadsheet.

Fan shutterstat is stuck. The o rings can be replaced inside it. Or buy a new one.
