Wheel Bounce

Around 35mph my truck starts to bounce like something is out of balance on the front right. It did it with my old tires and is still doing it with my new tires (feels the same as my old tires). Not sure where to go from here, really thought the new tires were going to solve my issue. Thinking wheel? Drum? CTIS stuff? Not sure what could be causing the shake. Could the shock be bad?

Thinking about throwing my GoPro down there while I am driving to see if I can see anything obvious.

Rotate the tire to the rear and drive again to see if the issue changes. If it remained in the front right look into you steering knuckle or wheel bearing.

What should they be at? I think they are usually like 70psi
