M113 variant. .. flamethrower or what?

pictured in 1977 .. I seem to remember it was a flamethrower mod but am unsure . .Anyone know for sure? It sure ain't a sherman turret

The M132 was an armored flamethrower variant of the M113, but it had a very small turret. Smaller than how it appears in this photo. Could this be a M163 VADS under the cover? The turret profile looks similar, especially in the rear.
