Ok I disconnected the oil sensorView attachment 917936
Start here:
1. Remove the jumpwer wire between TB101-3 to TB101-9
2. Oil pressure switch. Take the plug off. Insert a paper clip in pins A&D.
Start the set, and see if the set runs after you let go of S2.
If it runs, you need a oil pressure switch.
If it stops:
3. Hook the oil pressure switch back up.
4. Unhook the Water Temp switch. Insert a paper clip in pins A&D.
5. Start the set, and see if it runs after you let S2 go.
If it runs, you need a Water temp switch.
If it stops, you need to check the A5 card for K8 working correctly.
Turn to page 5-26. in the -34 TM. Read from paragraph #16 to page 5-28, paragraph #19. Its not all that hard. If the board is bad, Member @kloppk makes a replacement board that is nuke proof.
I thought as much. Am I wrong in seeing the temp sensor bellow the lower radiator hose? There are no other sensors with Canon connectors other than the speed sensor.Thats for the diesel fired heater. Ignore it. Its normal. Never saw one installed in all the years I worked on the set.
There is a temperature sensor connected to the temperature gauge on the front panel.I thought as much. Am I wrong in seeing the temp sensor bellow the lower radiator hose? There are no other sensors with Canon connectors other than the speed sensor.
I can't find it then. Is it on the motor or elsewhere? There is a temperature sensor connected to the temperature gauge on the front panel.
Then there is a temperature switch which has two wires.
