As I recall, first, remove your windshield wipers. Then install the dark Grey spacer frame.
Secondly, install the bottom long rectangular piece which goes along the width of the truck, it may be a headache fighting through the insulation in the firewall but it's doable.
Third, install the large tan general frame.
Bolt that in.
Next, install the top header (eye brow) Keep the bolts loose until you get the end pieces installed.
You will need to micro adjust the header and the end pieces so that they fit together.
Lastly, install the end pieces on either side of the frame of the truck. Once the fitment is correct bolt it all down securely. This is all from old memory so order might be flexible but generally these are the steps you will need to do.

Now, Once that's in place you need someone to help you get each side of the windshield in place. It's easy but they are heavy as hell. Install them from the front, push them in and use the latches to secure them on the inside.

Correct there is no bottom portion of the spacer. The below image shows what your large parts should consist of.
Thank you very much for the help. I got a good deal on brand new crated IBIS TEK Hmwv widow set for $2000, an the framing from Austin (Beltfed) for $900. Will post some picks in Texas Humvee on FB when I am done with the build.
