2007 M1151 ECV LED Turn Signal Issues

I have a 2007 M1151 ECV and the LED turn signals only work in the back. The front turn signals work only when the LED headlights are not on (light selector is on park). I replaced the turn signal switch- no change. I replaced the turn signal indicator light with an LED light but it won't work and no change (so I put the old bulb back in). I was told it is the elctronic light switch and to install the old OEM toggle switch... no change.
The guy I bought the truck from last year said it is the turn signal indicator light and it has to be an LED but I guess I didn't buy the correct LED bulb?
I have a 12V system and I'm almost ready to just go to a 12v turn signal option with a toggle switch but I'd rather use the 24v existing LED signals and headlights.
Any thoughts or suggestions from the community would be appreciated

Did you mean to say that the Parking-Running lights in the front do not stay on when the headlights are on?
If so, that is how the three lever light switch is internally connected. You can [fix] that with a three amp/50v
diode. It's been too long since I did it myself so I can't tell you which wires to cross connect from memory
but there was a post on it in the 5Ton threads long ago. I will have to look.

Grounding on the headlights? Grounding on the side markers? Grounding on the turn signals? or all of the above. Sorry, just trying to understand.
.
All of the above. Start with the signal lamps...

Also check and (remove and clean) the ground strap down by the starter.
Disconnect the batteries before you remove the ground strap.
