I'm looking for the 3 studs/bolts that secure the ac compressor to this bracket & having no luck.

I believe they are M10x55mm (x2) and M10x30mm (x1) I believe you can find them at any Ace Hardware.

Sorry for the bad picture, but this is what they supplied:

Assuming your truck serial number is 196901 and up
One is a 3/8-16X2.5" bolt, goes through one of the idler pulleys
One is M10-1.5 X 45
the third is a stud in the water pump, looks like part NSN 5307011787445 man. # 14071080

My compressor is threaded(m12)on the back side, but the thru-hole is smaller. Long story short, I purchased a ‘91 m1038 in pieces & am trying to put Humpty Dumpty back together so I’m not sure if all the components are truly meant for this application.

Well the 91 M1038 did not have the bracket you are referring to, that bracket came on the ECV serial number 196901 and above.
I am sorry I thought you wanted the bolts to mount the bracket
The compressor that fits that bracket has no threaded holes at all is uses 3, #4 (3/8-16 X 4.25) and 3 nuts and washers, #16,12 and 3
EDIT, if the 3/8" bolts will pass through the comp. you should be good.

It’s m12x1.25 thread. I ended up taking Mogman’s advice & used long m10 bolts & sandwiched it. I think this compressor uses a stud with different sizes on each end.

the R4 compressor uses 3/8 bolts that pass from the rear to the front, you do not use the threads to secure the compressor.
