Need transmission help

Brought the 3-speed transmission to Choice Transmissions in Gilbert, AZ. They rebuilt it, put it back in, nothing, will not go into gear. Brought it back to them, the said they went through it again. I reinstalled it, nothing, still won't go into gear. It won't even think about it. I used Dextron III ATF and made sure everything was at the correct level. I made sure the Torque converter was properly seated when you hear those three clicks when your turning it and getting it to drop in. It is recessed about an inch. Engine runs good but it won't even think about going into gear. There really is no one in the entire state of Arizona that I could even bring a HMMWV and I'm completely stuck here. I have no idea what else I can do.

Make sure transfer case is in gear.

Yes, i made sure that the transfer case is in gear "H".

Have you tried other gears, such as L or others?

Yes, I've tried every combination. Which tells me that although I've taken this transmission in to Choice Transmissions in Gilbert, AZ, they still didn't repair it nor do they appear to know how to repair it. I've videoed the entire installation but didn't want to bore everyone here with the installation. If no one here can think of anything I could have missed, then all roads lead back to the transmission.
