Pan gasket, and rear main seal questions.

My dear 6 cylinder started to really mark it's spot on my garage floor.

The pan bolts in one area were at best finger tight, so I addressed that.....

The bottom of the flywheel drain/observation plug is missing and that's all "dry".

The drip issue comes off the back of the pan adjacent.....

I was going to initially just change the pan gasket, but me thinks I would miss a real opportunity to change out the rear main seal even if it's not the culprit.

I watched what I thought was an excellent YouTube video, and the rear main seal update LOOKS TO BE very achievable......

Any tips on this? I am thinking some Ultra Black at the mating surface of the seal halves?

Thanks and hope all had an great Thanksgiving.
