Spare tire/wheel needed for M146 trailer

Recovering my M146 trailer and could use a spare. Anyone in route that could sell me a mounted one?
Tucson, Casa Grande, Gila Bend, Buckeye, Wickenburg, Kingman.

Time is short and I plan to roll Friday morning.

I do know Jack and have bought several things from him over the years. Mostly the stuff costs me a lot more than I think it should and the quality is not that great.
I did buy some tires from him a month ago for my other trailer and they were already developing bad splits less than 300 miles later.
He is my last option if I can't get them from someone else.
