Ok so next chapter in putting the old girl back on the road....during today's test run my left side rear brakes were the only ones heating up so I suspected either they are dragging a bit or are the only ones engaging ....so upon returning to the house I had the wife get in and push the brakes so I could see if they all are engaging and sure enough only the left rear brakes are engaging at all.....I'm sure there is a valve somewhere that isn't working right any ideas guys?

I don't suppose the other brakes were "caged"?
How long has it been sitting?
Have you tried draining the air tanks? Any water come out?
Nothing was caged .....the spider assemblies have all been rebuilt....the left hand side brakes all function normal but the r/h rear brakes don't even attempt to move .....they have all new diaphragms and wedges and grease they functioned truck has been sitting like a week since it last moved.... Brakes even have all new adjuster bolts and adjuster paws... They just don't seem to be getting air at all

Drain the air tanks?
Sounds like you did a good job on rebuilding the brakes and air chambers.
I was just wondering if it had water in the tanks. You might try dropping in a bit of Marvel Mystery Oil (MMO) into the air lines headed toward the back of the truck. It might even be the air treddle (peddle) but that is doubtful. There is a "spyder" where the lines split off - left and right - and there is a valve there. Possibly one side is seized and a little bit of MMO might break it free...

Not sure if this is a tractor but known issue that the brake shoes sieze/rust to the drum and require bfh to drums....
Where would this possible sticking valve be located?

On top of the axles. Above the axles, Mounted on a small piece of the crossmember...
If you decide to remove it - take pictures. In and Out are really important and every darn one of them are black. Maybe even wrap masking tape in a "flag" and label them. Top, Left, Right etc

It’s supposed to be a lot warmer the next few days. Might be worth waiting to test them again incase there is a chunk of ice in the brake valve that may just need thawing out.
