Howdy Folks, I've been able to track down a few of the TM's for this interesting shelter I picked up last year. Thought I'd upload it for us all to share. I'm working on getting a 400hz generator OR figure out if the AC and Heater units can be re-wired for standard 60hz... I doubt it but I've seen stranger things. Still looking for cables to connect the AC's... if you have any suggestions, please let me know!

The reason for 400 cycles vs 60 is that smaller gauge wire can be used, and the GI stuff is usually also three phase, not single phase power like most households. 400 3 phase WILL NOT MIX WELL with 60 single phase!!!!

Just buy a 400 hertz machine.

And surplus 400 hertz generators are MUCH cheaper than their 60 cycle bretheren.
