Great, as said when the rain stops Monday I will get back to it. I did have the K1 apart days before I found the bad connection at block#10. There were a couple tiny burn marks on the 3 contacts on the top. Cleaned up very easy. Took out of the box, it looked brand new. Always thanks Rich
Good Monday Morning, I have 24v, when holding the contactor switch up. Nothing when I let the switch go. I took K1 out and took apart as you can see in pics. Question about 2nd pic: 4 washers came from the plunger with 3 posts. Did not see these in position, they feel out during disassembly. Why 4 washers/contacts for 3 studs? Guess would be 2 go on the middle post??? Something I noticed while disassembly. There is alot of air between the contact legs and the 2 little switch's held by 2 screws on the side of the coil. When the contactor pulls down, should these 2 switch's close? Probably best to wait for your reply, before more questions.

I zoomed in and I see what you mean now. They certainly do look like arc or scorch marks. The only way I could see that happening is someone popping the fuse in or out while the machine was running, and that doesn't seem like a recipe for success to me.

All the best,

2Pbfeet
These are the best images I can take for this fuse and holder. No scorch, burn or discolor. There could have been a shadow in my 1 st. Either way. This is like new. All the Best

OK I now see it was a reflection or "shadowing effect" of the fuse mounting black cradle it sat in that looked like black arc flash marks. Anyway, glad you cleared up that optical illusion & it was all good there.
