if you unscrew the nut you can lift the coil and cover off of the valve core to look for a P/N. the whole core should unscrew from the valve block to access the actual solenoid valve seat to confirm if it is free and clear to move.
Did you measure coil resistance on any of these... they are low wattage coils, so not very prone to failure... i would suspect something mechanical going wrong before something electrical with the solenoid valves themselves... You could also swap coils from one of the others yo tested and repeat the test so see if you get a click out of the control core...
