Two characteristics caught my attention : The "R" on the windshield means it runs, and the 40th Signal company tells me that it wasn't worked too hard here at Ft Huachca. I need a break from the Gladiator build anyway

Yes, Sierra Vista AZ. I got my LMTV from that unit as well. In southern AZ it's whole life = no rust.

I do not know how long the engine was dormant, but I will monitor changes to the sound, using this audio as the baseline.
I do note in the video that the exhaust is not puking either black or white smoke so that's probably good.
