Parts interchange question

Have a simple, I hope, question

Will parts interchange between the various makes of multi fuel turbo engines from the same time period? Will say, Continental fuel system, and other, parts fit on say a White or other engine?

White, Hercules and Continental all shared common parts. Built by different companies, but under the same license.

If you get lucky and find an LDS IP, it wil really wake up an LDT, but watch your EGTs. What are you swapping?

I'm looking at buying an M109A3 from GL and figured I might as well buy one as a spare while Im at it. So I just wanted to make sure things would swap. I have a farm and plenty of room and a huge out building I could stuff 5 of them in, so getting a parts truck is no problem. But buying one with one engine type and a parts truck with another engine type and not having the parts interchange would really be a bummer....yah know. So as a newbie, I wanted to check with the hive before I committed.

Anyone know how often these things break axles?
I will probably yank what I want I from the spare truck and let any members
in Kansas pick the rest over if they want anything off it.

I really appreciate all the help from members here, so would like to give some back with free parts if they can use anything........

Anyone know how often these things break axles?

You hear of the rockcrawlers breaking axles from time to time but they tend to be hard on things. I've got a friend that hauls logs on his deuce through the woods with as much as 10 tons of logs on the back (I know, he's crazy). He will break a axle from time to time. Bottom line is, If you use the truck as it was designed you hardly ever hear of a axle problem.

I would keep a spare of everything and call it good. Axle failures happen, but are very rare.
