Well, I traded the M52 for a deuce tractor today.
Got it from a logger that found out it wouldn't pull a log trailer on the road.
I was aided and abeted by my long suffering sidekick Freightrain.
He was at the Primary LZ doing an autopsy on the engine in the 816.

Wow, very nice. Looks like a N/A Multi?? Nice straight quater fenders. Please tell us more about its condition and particulars.

Added: in fact the entire truck (What we can see in the pictures) looks virtually perfect.

Looks like a nice truck and as kevin pointed out, very nice quarter fenders. I suggest you start spraying the bolt holding the quarter fenders on with Kroil so that they are easier to remove at the GA Rally next year! I'll bet lunch that it is a 66 Kaiser Jeep.

actually,1968 per the dash and the stack of inspection papers in the map box....even though it said LD427 on the papers but the block tag says LD-465.

See, can't trust the papers if it says its a 68 with an LD427 (which never existed). Post up the VIN so we can pick it apart.

I have a 70 or 71 M35A2 with a REO Motors Data plate that says M35A2. I thought that Reo was long gone by then , so why are there printed plate for them??
