This is what I used on my 1009 seats -

Get the Burgundy color.


Make sure to clean your seat well and them wipe them down with lacquer thinner before you paint. Spray several thin light coats instead of heavy coats.

Here is the link to pictures of my 1009 that I finished a couple of months back. I like the way the seats and dash turned out. The dash is new and it was black before I painted it. The seats and door panels were the burgundy color but very faded.
