Sorry, on my computer I can't hardly read the greyish/ light green. I figured it'd be easier since it contrasts the green background. I'll try some others and see what works out the best. I'm still thinkling for me the red works best but if it's really that bad I'll go back to the standard format and change the brightness on my monitor. :-D

Well, went and sat in Ted's truck today and unfortunately that settled it. I am so getting me one of these! It is a requisite that it have the power steering though as I will DEFINITELY have to have a smaller wheel. But even at that I can mod it to make it more comfortable for us with large stature to drive. Now somebody buy my pickup in the classified section so I can go get one of these monsters!

Yeah but, the wheel literally hits me in the leg too close to the place I don't want to get hit while bouncing so I need the air assist to mount a smaller (much smaller) wheel. I'm thiking a little 10 or 12" race car wheel...:-D

no funny is going to get pants at a store with a 27 inch inseam. That's what I love about the M35A2 it is like the designer was my height and hated tall people too boot. The seat and all the controls are exactly where I would have put them in a truck for easy reach. I've been in other trucks like the Oshkosh and Walter Snowfighters they have controls that just a little out of my reach but the M35 has everything where I would have put for my own egrocomic comfort.

I can tell they had you in mind not me! 6'5 32-34" inseam depending on the pants and a beer belly that i don't know where it came from! All I'll have to do is mount me a custom mini wheel then my only concern is lifting my big legs up high enough to run the pedals. I felt like I was sitting in one of them little kid cars at the fair! Maybe an auto tranny swap is actually in my future for this build (never thought I'd hear myself say that).

I still don't think it'd be too bad to make the cab bigger for myself. get a spare window, cut 6" out of the vertical channels. Cut your window in the middle and weld in the new pieces. Then off to the glass shoppe for some custom cut flat pieces. Not too hard.

Cut hard top off 1" above mount. Bend sheet metal to make 6" rise. Weld in. Viola.

The hardest part will be making the seat sit back from the wheel farther. More fabricating but same general principle of the others. Cut, fill in, re weld. Only move that one back about 8-10".

Man I wish I had a MIG welder and some extra sheet metal... Oh yeah, maybe I should buy a truck first. There's a rail running along the back where the top meets the cab and I was told too that I could cut a notch out of that the size of the seat back and gain another 2". Wouldn't help the seal but heck, nothing in these trucks seals anyway! (Joking, all the die hards stand down...)

3M insulation tape works wonders for sealing the windows and doors for not a lot of dough. The only place I've got water is a mystery hole around the top left corner of the dash... haven't figured out where it's coming from yet!

I think 3M tape will be my best friend! Maybe after some customizing I can get channels fabbed up for the windows and rubber seals around everything. Ahh, dreams... How do your guys' NDT's do off road? I'd like to get 11.00-20 XL's but after talking to Ted yesterday, if I can live with NDT's they are cheap and hardy. I think I'll try living with them before making the leap to the EXPENSIVE XL's.

That's kinda what I figured. I had it worded perfectly yesterday to me but I thought I'd check and see if anyone else had a differant opinion. "They're rubber to get you down the road."
