I usually have a decent supply of super singles. Market prices usually range from $50-$200 per tire and $100-$250 per rim. It all depends on wheel style, wheel type, condition, tread level, tread pattern, location, etc.

I have some 1400x20 tires and bolt together rims for$250.00 a set but the wheels need bolts and o-rings.
