Brake Switch Upgrade Kit

First of all, I did use the Search feature. I found (4) relevent threads. When clicking on any link, I got "could not find file". Now, does anyone have a copy of the directions for this kit? The install seems pretty straight-forward, but I like text and pictures. TIA.

Now that I found the links they don't have what you need, try this one.

I found this by replacing the www in the old post with old ie I searched for the old post, then clicked on the link in the old post which opened up a new page with an error message. The command line was as below. I just replaced the www with old and hit enter.

Whats the purpose of the upgrade.Also my truck has a sticker on the dash that indicates that it has the lastest TACOM approved master cylinder,I think thats what it says.What does that mean?Thanks!

The purpose is to remove the brake switch from the hydraulic side of the brake system, and place it onto the air side. No idea about the sticker on the dash. Maybe someone will chime in on that.

The hydraulic switch has a very nasty habit of leaking brake fluid. When the switch is on the air side, no problems!

there is a yellow 1" square sticker that goes below the red light that gets put in the gauge panel. says low air warning light. if I were home I'd take a pic for you .
