I have replaced numerous ones on my trucks with the following:

Euclid "E-11665-L"
Euclid "E-11665-R"

*** Keep in mind that these are slightly SHORTER than stock deuce lugs. I have not had a problem with them coming loose....but the possibility may be there! ***

How important is it to use left and right studs? I know that alot of our older autmobile manufacturers in the 50's used left right threads, but were soon done away with. Now our cars are just standard all around.

If you put RH studs all around....... how would you be able to re-use your LH timbles and nuts ???
Seriously... your Q. is valid. But for some reason trucks made today in Brazil, Korea and elsewhere are still using the same system and LH/RH threaded studs.
