Guys,

I need you to look at the following pics. I found an 80's Chev in the junkyard that had a D70 in the back with the sway bar assembly, and one overload spring. I also found the missing fuel transfer valve, switch, and associated wiring. Is this the correct rear sway bar for the A3? I got the whole bunch for $100.00 My truck has the D70, but no overloads, sway bar, or fuel transfer switch...

Also included are some pics of my 250G shelter that I am going to gut and convert into a small camper.

Did you just win that shelter? I think it was sitting next to my M880 at Kirtland. The 880 just arrived this morning. Love your rust free NM trucks!

Actually, some 14B hubs WILL fit right on there.
Well, I put some SRW 14B hubs on my 70HD axle to widen the WMS.

I would suspect those are all the right stuff you need. The only thing you will be missing (unless your truck happens to have them for some reason?) are the brackets that the sway bar end links attach to.

I will tell you that I have seen conversions without these brackets and they basically put the end links in a hole in the bottom of the frame about where the bracket went. I'm not sure if that hole was factory or not. I might have a pic of the brackets from my kit somewhere, but they should be on the truck you got these parts from. Problem is cutting the rivets...:(

On the "donor" truck, they went into holes in the frame. :?:

In that case, I would not worry about it. Install it as it was. It must have been a design change at some point?

I have a good 6.2, 54K on it. I thought you were going with a 5.9?????

I will check my parts truck for the stabilzer brackets; I'm pretty sure they're on there.
