Congrats on a nice looking truck. I just got approved on my 1st one in <14 days. Hopefully, they continue to be that quick.

Was that 14 days just at Battle Creek or overall? Yes, I'm waiting impatiently, Today marked 7 days at BC for me.

My first EUC was 7 days counting the day it went to BC and the day it was approved. (that was late January) Geting the first one past GL is the hard part.

That is a nice looking truck, it always scares me tho when there is a drip pan in the pictures. Maybe just an oil pan gasket.

I would agree that the first one is the longest. I just won a trailer and submitted my EUC yesterday afternoon and got an email last night that said I needed revisions so I did that and sent it back this morning. It went to Battle Creek this afternoon. I think there are several factors involved on how quickly it goes through. I think the time between EUCs may be one factor. I also ended up with the same EUC Specialist. That may be another. Who knows unless you work there doing this. I do have to say that I would advise using live chat for help. I did the calling thing for my first one and it was kind of a pain. Plus you can request a transcrpt of your live chat sent to your email. Anywho.... Sweet Truck!!!!! Congrats!!!!! :)

I'm waiting on my EUC to be approved it went to battle creek last monday so they have had it there for 8 days now and I am just hoping to hell that I can get it approved in time because I have someone who can pick it up for me on friday, but obviously that won't work if they still won't let me have the truck.

Mine still says "submission not confirmed" or something like that after 7 days. I've talked twice to live chat and emailed once. They said it had been recieved but still no change in status. So tomorrow I'll contact them again. Kind of frustrating:cry:

I'm in the same boat as you Roscoe, sent it several times with no response, live chatted, sent again, was told it has been received, and still no response, and still says submission pending. this is about my 10th EUC and the first time I have had a problem.

Hey folks, count your days in business days. Neither GL or BC generally work on weekends. Also, there are two discussions going on here. Days at GL are only the first step and it seems to be takeing them about 4 business days to pass a perfect EUC over the fence to BC. That is if they got it, my emailed EUC does not always go thru so if you seem hung up in GL use there online help to verifiy if they have your EUC in the queue. I now ask in that email that they confirm reciept of my EUC requestl and they have. Newbies can waste days having to update errors that GL finds on your application. It happens to a lot of us, myself included. Each request for correctoins in this step will cost you about 3+ days. For them to tell you, you to correct and resend it, and then for them to get back to your new information.

Then comes the time in BC. So from the time your status says 'Sent to BC' to the time it gets approved for a first time EUC will be about 7 business days, if you have a clean record and your address and phone number match and check out. After your first EUC it should clear that part of the process in about 4 days. If you moved recently these timest could be longer.

Folks, just read the horror stories about the old days. These turnaround times are really good if you view it from that perspective.

Well I do follow up with them immediately and I've followed up 3 times since and have been told that the EUC dept has my documents. The Live Chat person even put a note in the file and contacted a supervisor but it's still in "submission pending" and I still got the nasty gram saying I needed to submit docs - not revisions or corrections - but the origninal docs.
This is my 3rd EUC in 3 months and every one of them has been a Charley Foxtrot. If they're trying to get people to stop using them then they are doing a superb job.
A batwing shop trailer sold last week with no EUC required but I have to wait a month to get one for a flipping Blazer? Oh and I really don't feel like the advice of not using GL at the moment. I have my reasons for using them and it's obviously not convenience.
