Just wanted to say I bought a Master Lock version of the "club" to try out with the Deuce. Now while the steering wheel is too big it actually fit well on the pedals. I simply fitted one end under the fuel pedal, lodged it onto the brake pedal and against the side of the truck.
Cannot move it anywhere near enough to get it out and it locks down the pedal making them useless. Just another cheap ($15.00) alternative or add on. I am using this in conjunction with the steering wheel chain / lock. Since the bar is so close to the floor it makes it very hard to saw with hand tools.
