Mystery Winch Plates

I have gotten a couple of emails about the rusty and bent winch top plate photo I published in the classified ads.

The pic of the entire plate shows all five and the other three sort of, maybe kind of close ups of all the plates. One give the manufacturer and serial number. Another gives the rating. The large one in the middle warns of torque.

The other two remain a mystery.

Thanks for this....good info.

I would love to get new plates for mine. Was never sure which ones to get though, as mine didn't have the plates on the upper support when I got it. :(

Does that MVDataplates guy make reproductions of these? Anyone know where else to get them?

Looks like the second from the left is the plate that goes on the driver side of the winch itself (the cover for the brake). The plate on the bottom right looks like a rebuild tag. The far left plate looks like the plate that is usually mounted on the passenger side fender right next to the signal light.

Toole Army Depot (TEAD). I agree w/WSU that it's a rebuild plate.
