truck with t-case PTO

Picked up another deuce today. What is this shaft comming out the top of the transfer case?




Just kidding . I know what it is. That is the reason I bought the truck. The rest of the truck is up for grabs except the PTO and axles. It's got a non-turbo multi. The body is junk other than two good doors. Anybody need anything?

What does the data plate say this truck was? Only a few applications for the transfer PTO. I would say this PTO is made just for this transfer case and nothing else will fit, am I correct everyone?

No. Won't anything else replace it.


I haven't looked at the data plate but it was either a fuel truck or a water truck.

The same guy I got the truck from also has a M211 for $1,500 if anybody is interested. Said it turns over but he can't get it to fire.

Need driver door if it isn't rusted out. And an air horn. I can't stand my 'dieing water buffalo' model electric horn on the 109.

The truck was a M49A2C fuel truck. Gimpy has first dibs on whatever he wants (which reminds me I've got to figure a deal for him) but the truck does have two good doors.
