V V A 920 Got the Tops in Today!

V V A 920 got the deuce cab tops in today from Ft. Sill. They are the expensive padded camo, latest stuff, with the velcro fasteners for the top bows.

My son got his first thing today.

They will post pics of the top and install later, I believe.

They sold all they had. The unit had 20 ps kits.

They use these sales to finance their activities. A worthy undertaking for sure.

These are everything we had hoped they would be. They are the heavy insulated ones with zippered windows, velcro straps for the top rods, and rubber cord to fasten it to the cab. We have put one on adeuce and it fit like a glove.

I know you'll like them. They are nothing like the cheap $179 things. Ask Dabtl, he just got one for his son's truck. His son was really excited. He had one of the $179 tops on it that we took off to install one of these. He just kept saying how great it looked.

I am the geezer on the right in the first pic. I am fairly certain that they did not use a pic of my son because of the glare from the grin on his face.

PS: Both my wife and my son are much younger than I. No, I will not go into further detail.

He is more than forty years younger. You may guess at my wife' age, there is a do not ask, do not tell rule in effect here.
