17 s-bags in a M1009

In case any of you were wondering how well 17 genuine Army surplus GI fartsacks fit in the rear of a M1009 here is your answer!

You can probably get 3 rows deep and 5 wide between the left Quarter and the Spare Tire and then another 4 or 5 high so I'm guessing realistically you could get 50 or 60 packed in there tight.

I'm not suggesting you buy 30 or 40 more sacks but I'm just saying...

Yep, if they were stacked instead of thrown in then I could get more in there, I DID notice there was another lot on there...

make sure to pack them around the driver and passenger, "impact protection"

THose are the old school ones, you can fit way more new ones with the compression stuff sack to make em smaller Planning on doing some camping eh! Its a lil warm in TX for them down stuffed bags aint it?

The nylon bags stick to you and make you sweat. And besides, it gets down to 77-78 degrees down here at night
