Least expensive singles and tires?

I have found several threads relating to singles and tires, but any idea who is gonna be least expensive for 4 single rims and 4 395 tires? Just need a little guidance with prices for all these folks. Thanks again!

OK, guess i should clarify...by me asking for guidance on what rim was cheapest to buy, I should have stated that the stock rims I already have are not the ones I am looking to buy again....

I would prefer a wheel that has never been accused (and convicted) of cutting anyone in half.

So, which would that be, OD iron, CC equipment, etc etc.

I would get a set of hemtt wheels, modded and some 395 tires

the wheels can be had for cheap, the mods can be done pretty cheap

i have seen tires from 100-150 dollars

whats the modification process that needs done for it to be right? I'm assuming simply redrilling the new lug pattern wouldn't be the right way to do it. Offset need changed?

i cnc machined the centers out of the wheels, and made new centers for them, bolt/weld in

i have wheels if ya need em, cheap
