Cop car deuce recovery

I pulled this beauty home for a friend on friday, but have been too busy to post it up. On the tow the 818 took a bit to get it up to speed on surface streets. Once I hit the interstate the dang thing pulled like a locomotive.

And I got a nifty 50 amp peak (40 nomial) 24v to 12v power converter out of the deal. I can now charge about 40,000 cell phones at once!


My understanding is there will be a few parts for sale pretty soon. I know it still has the police radio and the light bar (what's left of it) and some neat-o electrically locking long-gun mounts. The motor is a runner with a whistler. I'm not sure what other parts will be available.

I don't think they chased anybody with it. More likely it was used for stand-off situations, they just drove it up to, and then through the jokers hideout!!!!

I don't have a clue, I just hauled it off for the guy. I'm guessing it was fairly inexpensive.

It was mounted sideways under the "commander's" seat with room to spare.

I'm not sure. I gotta see if I can find the last thread he posted them in.
*EDIT* Yup, same brand. His are the 32-12-35's though. Mine is a 32-12-50. From what I've read, it's really good stuff.
