Plug it back in! It is the timer for the DS Ejection seat! You have 30 seconds!

Seriously, look at the back of the -20 or -34, all the schematics are shown there. I can't tell from your pictures, what colors the wires are, of if the plug under it, matches. I don't recall any unplugged connections under my hood.

That plug is for one of the three sensors on the fuel filter assembly. One of them is for the 'water in fuel' light.

I can't remember what the other two are, but there SHOULD be a male plug under the fuel filter assembly someplace.

Just plug it back in.

Section 18

Figure 18 is exploded diagram

Page 18-1 has the parts listed

If it is a two prong connector, then it is either the 'heater assembly, fuel' which is mounted on the top left hand side of the fuel filter base or the 'switch, pressure' which is mounted on the front right hand side of the fuel filter base.

If it is a three prong connector, it is the 'sensor, fuel' mounted on the middle back side of the fuel filter base. This is the water in the fuel sensor.

Part numbers are listed on page 18-1.
