I have ab Air-O-Matic on my truck, the blow-off valve(i think) inside the driver side frame-rail. well the dyaphram(sp?) inside this canaster is ripped and is dumping the air in my truck almost as fast as it builds. i need to know were i can get one of these, i attempted to fix it with silacone. which thankfully lasted long enough to get me home, and it ruptured about 3 blocks from my house. i need to know wether i can replace just this dyaphram or what, i got some pictures if it attached, if you need a picture of were it goes i can go get it.

don't replace it. delete it. the second generation system remove it and the air is plumbed right to the drag link. of course you could call the company 1 866 749 0100 and talk to bob the rep, but he will tell you that the part was deleted and the company doesn't have a repair kit for it. I hope this helps. i can get you a replacement. let me know.

Ah, so that was the offending part that kept leaking!
Glad you found it.
And seeing as the answer is as easy as bypassing it, it is a cheap fix that should keep you on the road more.

Hmm, I BET that is the thing that was making a slight 'hissing' noise each time after you stopped while on the convoy.

im sure it is, until i have the time to actually replace the line, im just going to JB weld the little hole at the bottem of it to keep it from leaking. i dont think it should hurt it.

Can I piggyback on this topic for a minute? I'm picking up an air assist system at the GA rally. Could anyone post up or send me a copy of the directions that come with it? I want to do all the prep work I can on the truck here and possibly install the kit on location. Of course I'll go through all the other posts and educate myself on the install.

Don't do the fender holes for the airlines per instructions. The way the Army did this in pic #2 from my cargo truck was smarter and easier.
