Well, I went to my fab shop today to check on the wheel centers.....nothing! They say they will have numbers for me tomorrow.

Production starts tomorrow!

Well, I think I have it figured out now!

Here are the prices-

1.
3/8" thick full plate to make a 3 piece HEMTT wheel to fit the 6 lug Deuce pattern. These will be precision made to fit the deuce hub, the deuce 6 lug pattern (chamfered lug holes on one side) and connect to the wheel by the outer studs. Price will be $180 per plate.

2.
Stock 10 lug HEMTT wheel is $100.

3.
Stock HEMTT wheel with the 10 lug center cut out is $140.

4.
HEMTT wheel with center cut out, and 6 lug bolt in plate installed is $325.

5.
HEMMT wheel with 10 lug pattern cut out, and 6 lug pattern WELDED in --- complete --- is $295 each.


---All parts and wheels sold for off-road use only---


I hope to have my first batch done within the week! I am placing my first order with the machine shop tomorrow! Let me know if you want some!

Well I was HOPING to actually HAVE some plates by this weekend, but it just aint happening! I placed an order for the first 12 (to make SURE everything it perfect before I place a larger order to be done). Looks like it will be after the weekend before I have them in my hands.

Definitely taking longer than expected, but I am still on it!!!

Will post up pics when I get them!

Progress report---

I have in my hot hand an 1/8" thick prototype plate that I am inspecting and fitting before I place a production run order. I am trying to check and double check everything so that we get this right the first time. These plates will be precision cut with a laser. It is not easy to get all the holes perfectly lined up! But these should be perfect when done.

I plan on placing a REAL order tomorrow! (its taking too long!) Hopefully I will have some plates and some wheels cut-out this week.

I'll post up some pics in a little while...

I am going to do final test fit of this prototype plate in the morning. The production plates will be the same except----- they will be 3/8" thick, and one side of the lug holes will be champhered.

Also- I am not 100% sure yet, but I may weld them (at least partially) in addition to having the studs through them. We'll see what I think when I get a real plate and wheel together.
