C.B. Antenna for Deuce

Suppose you want to run a high power C. B. radio in your Deuce....What would be a military compatible antenna you could use? One that looks like it belongs on a Deuce? (I don't want a 102" whip from J. C. Whitney) Wouldn't look right.

ummm I don't know the ohms for a military antenna but you want your cb antenna to measure 50ohms along with your coax. if you are using alot of power you want LDF5-50 cable with N type connectors and get yourself an swr/watt meter to put inline after the radio output or amp output if your using one... try to keep your swr close to 1.1 as you can.. good luck

There have been numerous threads on this forum concerning mil antennas for use on CB. Suggestion: search for AB-15, a common and cheap base to use, and MS-116 series antenna sections.
