Got to spend some time with the Kenworth PLS over the weekend. It took about 5 mins to unload the M6 Dump Body and then load the M10 Water Distributor Module. Talk about handy! Here are some pics and videos.

My best friend is in a NG transportation company that used to have the PLS. His company was called up on Feb 14, 2003 to be part of the Iraq invasion but some SNAFU prevented them from shipping out until late April 2003. They were there 15 months and logged over 750,000 miles on their PLS trucks. When his company left Iraq, the Army kept the trucks in Iraq.

I have no idea what your tank weighs, but you could always put an LHS on your HEMTT and turn it into an M1120.
I like the crane on the back where it is, but I agree it would be a nice way to do it. I could probably get away with it, weight wise, but I think there might be a height problem. Also it sounds like altogether too much work, Damon (DMA251) spent a LOT of time making a nice truck and I'd hate to spoil any of that.

Yeah, you have one fine ride. Maybe you should keep it original. You can always upgrade it later to accomodate a LHS.
