Is there a Chilton or Haynes type manual available for these things. I downloaded and printed the entire 400+ page operators manual. Basically it can be condensed into one sentence:

"If you notice anything unusual, notify your supervisor"

I wanted to see how this air assist braking stuff was put together. All I got was how to erect a drill rig platform and transport water, and change air filters in a biohazard suit.

I'll take the stack of TMs over anything that someone could buy from Chilton's or Haynes.

Download all the TMs. Then look at them on your computer. When you want something to hold in your hands or reference while your standing on the truck.....print just those pages.
I have dial-up internet at home. The high speed is at work & I'm on vacationaua

There's got to be a place (coffee shop or bar) with free wireless internet access in LV where you can go and download these TMs. There's a boat load of 'em you'll want to download. Unless you've not got a laptop computer; they would likely frown on dragging in the desktop and setting it up :)

Do what I had to do. Set them to down load then go to bed. Next morning you get a lot to read. Or look on Epay there are CD's of the TM for sale.

Go to the top, click on resources then scroll down to technical manuals. Once there search for TM 9-2320-361-10 and TM 9-2320-361-20 as starters. Right click on them and save them to your computer for best results. The -10 is the operators and the -20 is the unit maintenance manual. You can also grab the TM 9-2320-361-34, TM 9-2320-361-20P and TM 9-2320-361-34P. That completes that series of TM. All of the 209 manuals are a different series. For a new person, I'd only download the 361 series as a start, it covers 99% of the deuce.
