What is the shell on this M105 all about?

Anybody know anything about it? Is it fiberglass? Dimensions?

I'm thinking about downsizing, replacing the uhaul trailer that I built out of an M353 trailer with something a little bit smaller. The top on this M105 trailer looks a lot nicer than the metal tops I've seen, and it looks like the 'door' is a bit wider too (which would make loading/unloading dirt bikes a lot easier).

Its called a CBC shelter, sorry I dont know the NSN #. They go for a pretty good price when they are up for sale.

Looks like a CBC (Cargo Bed Cover) think fiberglass topper with a floor. There are versions for trailers and vehicles. Not too common but there are some around. Wayne

I have one minus the door.....they are indeed made of fiberglass. It just slides into a 105 and bolts in.

TM 10-5411-232-13&P covers the CBC. I believe it is in the SS manual section.

That's a greeeeeaaat idea! I don't normally like the look of those M105 beds too much (would prefer to cut down a deuce bed), but that would make an awesome little shelter for a weekend camper conversion.

There was a Mog that just went off ebay that used the same idea. But, they custom built the rear box. They also added two custom gas tanks and a fresh water tank.
