so i pulled my tranny to repair/replace it today and thought it might be a good time to remote my brake fluid reservoir. i did a search and came up with exactly 1 thread on the topic. Does anyone have a napa part number for a reservoir? i'm looking for something inexpensive.

No problem. I think the total cost for the install was around $35 plus the BFS. I got that from Spruce Mountain at a great price for a couple of gallons.

That was where I got the idea for my install. I chose under the hood as my mounting point because it was much more visible and readily available to add fluid.

I got a remote clutch reservoir from a local salvage yard for $5. Mounted it on the firewall so I can open the side cover for inspection/ fill. Make sure you use tubing rated for brake fluid. I used EPDM for Dot 3.
