Its the fuse all the way at the top of the fuse panel, right under the buzzer

Thank you that **** diagram you cant make out where it goes. Im gonna take a look at that today and see if that is my problem. I also read where you should change all fuses as some fuses appear to be okay but are in some way faulty

I'd pull all of the fuses and either clean the terminals or replace them. A lot of crud gets in there.
Here is a diagram of the fusebox someone else had posted a while back.

Thanks for the help guys and the blow up diagram of fuse box that helped alot. I went this morning and bought all new fuses and replaced them all. Unfortunately the heater still wont work. I pulled wires from resistor next to blower motor and flipped switch in cab on high and still didnt work so id say it isnt the resistor guess ill go ahead and replace the motor found one at napa for $21.00

sometimes it's a good idea to pull all the fuses and waste a can of electrical contact cleaner in there, take the flashers out too. Dont forget to unhook the battery positives. Finish with some compressed air to blow out the rest of the muck and speed up the drying process. Good luck:)

Ill have to pick some contact cleaner up and give it a thorough cleaning and replace new fuses again. Hopefully that will work if not then blower motor change. Thanks

Before you tear out the blower, jump the fan from the 12V junction block next to the GP relay to the fan's blade terminal itself on the lower right side. Even if it reads 12V at the orange wire going into the fan. I just went through the "replace fan, no work, replace fuses, no work, get frustrated, yell at truck, no work, freeze to death from no heat"

My problem was a burnt connector on the back of the fan switch on the dashboard. repair cost 0 dollars and 0 cents.

I noticed i have no speedo light and fuel light so i decided to pull guage cluster out and replace all bulbs needing replaced and while i had it off decided to take a look at heater switch and i found my problem. The top connector was melted looked like it got fried at one point in time so i replaced and now i have heat.
