Fluid quanities

Does anyone know how much antifreez, motor oil and trans fluid goes in a M1009 with a 6.2 I will be changing my lift pump and radiator out this friday and hopfuly changing the oil if i get her to run again. She has a bad lift pump?

Oil- 7 qts
Coolant 25 qts

Transmission takes 9 or 10 qts if it is completely empty. less if you just drain it.

Lube Order
Engine oil in my CUCV with Normal Fram PH5
is 8 quarts TOTAL
for some reason.
(I am NOT using a 1 quart Filter)
