Liquid Fuel Filter Separator

Would some one shed some light on what and how this thing works. I knows its a Liquid Fuel Filter Seperator MIL-F-52666 but past that...zip. Could it be used to filter UVO or WMO? Thanks.

That looks like a knock off turbo encabulator to me FT. Can't be sure without a closer pic though.

Go to Youtube and type in turbo encabulator and there are several discussions on that piece of equipment.

Has anyone used one of these. Looking into using to one like it if GL sells one close enough to me. Couple months ago some sold at Meade for about $200. I am just gathering supplies now for my waste oil setup.
