How did you align the cooler-lines? (their different on the 80's something sub and the fivequad.)I have what do you need to know?
Yeah, the holes does'nt align. Guess i'll drill new holes in the frame..it should bolt in. might need to modify the cross members though.
Cooler lines should fit. may need to bend a littleHow did you align the cooler-lines? (their different on the 80's something sub and the fivequad.)
Do the stickshift on the transfer fit, or do you have to widen the hole in the floor?
There are some electrical outlets on both the transfer and the transmission(400 and 241), what are they for?
The thin wirelike rod that comes out of the th350 on the right side (i cut it), is that for the kickdown?
Do i need it?
Why isn't there one on the 400?
That's enough for starters i guess.
Thanks man! This helps a lot!Cooler lines should fit. may need to bend a little
should not have to touch the floor. it should be wide enough. I hope you got the shifter to with the np241
The wires on the TC are for the 4x4 light
the wire on the th400 is for kick down. You should get the right switch, but you can run with out it.
Some local guy told me i could keep the converter, that the effects of the rpm-difference barely will be noticeable.I think you have to do both, flex plate and torque converter
Nope, went with the 400, everyone says it is a stronger box, and i'm gonna need just that.glad you got it going. Did you end up using the 350 TC?.
