Yeah,I am planning on driving it down(2 permits) and bringing the M211 to trail ride in,plus my big compressor, all my tools, and all PBs gasser stuff, plus maybe a gasser M35 if anyone is interested in it.

I had a couple interested parties in the truck, but I bit the bullet and went ahead and made it legal.

I was jonesing for(and bidding on) a M920,but my sanity prevailed and I allowed myself to get outbid.

What is the gasser M35 like and what do you want for it?

It's not mine Jim,but a fellow down the road has it,it's an ex Air Force truck,no bed,but otherwise complete with very good sheetmetal and fairly rust free with little civilianizing that has been done.

I need to get pics sometime this week I guess.

He is asking $1000,no title.

be careful what you ask for. The new law in WI is very restrictive on the use of your MV. Bascially you can only drive in parades and to and from events. I would rather have a regular registration and drive whenever I want.

are you still selling the 915?

I may let it go sometime after the GA rally, but it would be a package deal, truck+trailer. Both have clear NC titles and have been fully serviced, both also have current Federal inspections.

Vehicles and trailers I would be interested in as far as partial trades go,

M151A1 or A2 running, cut or uncut with title and in driveable shape with no major rust cancer
M274 mule running and driveable in very good or restored condition
M345 10 ton trailer in very good or excellent shape with title
Civilian 10 ton or bigger tag trailer with air brakes, also good to very good shape

I feel your pain brother. Farm plates have been running $550 a year for my 5 tons. And farm plates are supposedly cheaper than regular or GTM plates. The rules have recently changed here with house, senate and governor all being from the same party. So now farm plates only save me about 10% over other plates when it used to be 50%.

They also installed a $25 per month "fee" for every month you miss reregistering your vehicles and trailers up to $100. That one made everyone in the state madder than a mountain lion. In most instances the "fee" is more expensive than the registration cost. I guess they don't remember what happened in California when the Gov before the Governator changed the rules like we just got. It was a big reason Arnold got elected.

Now I don't drive them more than about 2,000 miles per year so I don't have the 7,000 mile federal requirement but I have been wondering why they have been asking me how far I think I drive them a year. It makes sense now.
