I do not know if this is proper to post a Craigslist like this, but I thought it to be important enough to share this:

Pair of M151 Military Jeeps

I have 2 M151 Jeeps. They were designed and built by Ford.
The newer models were made by AM-General maker of the military Hummer.
These have 4 wheel independent suspension with a 4 cylinder and 4 speed.
Both have rust, Engines seem to be ok but have not ran them, one has a top and really nice seats.
Buy the 2 and make one out of them. These will go ANYWHERE!
I have lots of pics I can email you just ask.
Needs to go asap too many things in the yard!

Rust, the arched enemy of the 151. No problem on posting craigslist finds. Love to have a 151 but I sure don't need 2 project vehicles. Resisting temtation to call.

ONLY your own CL stuff and with some topic discussed.

• Do NOT post links to current eBay auctions or Craig's List ads that are not your own. You may post a link to your own auction/ad only if it is in an information/discussion thread about you vehicle/item. Do not start a post in the Conversations forum or your vehicle specific forum just to announce your auction/ad.

I inquired about them and they are pretty rough. More work and expense that I want to go into. Certainly can be brought back with enough $$$$. Reminds me of something I heard about antique tractor collectors. There are two kinds, the ones that buy a complete running unit and dress it up and the ones that buy one and remove the radiator cap and replace everything under it.
