what is this sensor on the radiator???

I have the passanger fender and inner fender off and i noticed this sensor on the radiator it looks like its jb welded to it, This is my 4th cucv and i never noticed one on my others???????

Another great use for tech manuals. Match the picture to what you see, read the item name. Or, look for the wire color in the schematic and see what it is.

ya low coolant level warining level sensor when the water is low the dash light will come on
