trailer inspection needed @ Fort Dix, NJ

Hi All,

I just purchased a M270A1 lowbed semitrailer at Fort Dix. I'm looking at a long trip so I'm hoping a kind-hearted soldier in that area might help me with an inspection. I'd love to know if the brake's airlines are good/functional but I realize that will be next to impossible.

Any info I can get on tire condition, landing gear functionality, kingpin condition, gladhand condition, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

If the deadline gets too close on me I may need to see if someone can get it off base and store it for a week or two.

To long for me with my 819, I'd like to find a long neck lacross 35 to 50t lowbed, we never pulled the 270 with our 246s, always a lowbed, pulled the 270s with m52s
