What's up with the Avatar?

Seems like several people have the same of of a guy in a dirty brown tee with glasses and a mustache. Jasonjc, Westec, and a few others have it. Who's the guy? Just kinda wondering, is it a tribute or something? On one thread, every Avatar was the same and I thought at first someone was talking to themselves until I realized the handles were different!! Thought something was wrong with the site for a moment.

That was the guy that molested them as kids. They had to join an MV website to meet and exchange stories to figure out they all "took it" from the same guy. Now they are trying to warn others.
