think a m1008 would be good for someone who is 6' 8" tall?

found one he likes. didnt get to drive it yet. he wants to get rid of the bench seat.. 2 seats and a console is what he wants.. i was thinking when he does that be a bit better for him.

I would also put in a tilt steering column. If he puts in buckets, he will need to add a bracket for the seats to attach to. The M1010 has thes bracket as do suburbans of this era. It is shown in the parts manual.

6'8" should not be a problem. In a stock M1008, it feels like you are sitting on the floor anyways.
